    Yazoo County School District is committed to providing a safe, respectful learning environment for every student. Bullying, harassment, intimidation, and cyberbullying are not tolerated.

    How to Report (24/7)

    • Email: Report Bullying

      Please include:

      • Student name(s)

      • School

      • Date/time and location of the incident (or platform if online)

      • Description of what happened

      • Screenshots or evidence (if available)

      • Contact information (optional if you wish to remain anonymous)

    • Hotline: 662-590-4372

      • Leave a detailed message. You may remain anonymous.

    • Emergency: If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911.

    • Reports can be made by students, parents/guardians, staff, or community members.

    • Anonymous reports accepted. Retaliation for reporting is strictly prohibited.

    What Counts as Bullying

    Bullying is repeated or severe behavior that causes harm, fear, or substantial disruption to a student’s education. It may be:

    • Verbal: teasing, name-calling, threats

    • Physical: hitting, pushing, property damage

    • Social/Relational: spreading rumors, exclusion, embarrassment

    • Cyberbullying: harmful messages or posts via text, social media, or online platforms
