When questions or concerns arise, it's not always easy to know exactly who to reach out to. We strongly encourage families to start at the lowest level to begin the anticipated resolution, and then, if that is not possible, reach out, at that point, to the next level. 

For example, if you have a question about academics, and you are not able to resolve your concern with your child's teacher, your next contact would be the school principal.
