Welcome to Middle School Band!
We'll be working on the fundamentals of music, including listening, reading, and, of course... learning to play an instrument!
Beginner band (6th grade): students will be introduced to all the band instruments. We'll test all students on every instrument, and we'll figure out which instrument is best for each student!
Intermediate band (7th grade): we'll keep on refining techniques and learning more musical terms! This group will, occasionally, perform with the high school band.
8th grade band will be a part of the high school band! Please look at the high school page for more information on that!
