Greetings Linwood family, 

Welcome to Linwood Elementary School, where we are "Nurturing Minds, Building Futures".  As the principal, it is my pleasure to lead a school with such a strong commitment to educational achievement. At Linwood, we believe that every student has the potential to excel and succeed. We are committed to fostering a love of learning and helping our students become proficient readers and fluent mathematicians.  

As a child of an educator, I take pride daily in knowing that I'm empowering students with skills and knowledge to compete with others.

I began my teaching career at Linwood Elementary School in 2008.  From 2008-2017, I taught 4th, 5th, and 6th grade. In 2017, I begin my administrative career. As the instructional leader, I love supporting teachers and seeing students reach their highest potential through various instructional practices. 

As a mother to five lovely children and a wife to a wonderful husband, Selwyn; I recognize the importance of a strong partnership between the school, parents, and the community. Together we can ensure that each child receives the support and encouragement they need to reach their full potential.  

It is my prayer that every child will leave Linwood Elementary School equipped with the skills needed to further their studies at the middle school level.
