What Counts as Bullying
Bullying is repeated or severe behavior that causes harm, fear, or substantial disruption to a student’s education. It may be:

Verbal: teasing, name-calling, threats

Physical: hitting, pushing, property damage

Social/Relational: spreading rumors, exclusion, embarrassment

Cyberbullying: harmful messages or posts via text, social media, or online platforms
