Hello students, parents, and fellow faculty members. My name is James Matthew Keene, and I am a history teacher here at Yazoo County High School.

Mississippi State University (2023)-Bachelor of Arts in History
Mississippi State University (2024)-Master's of Arts in Teaching Secondary
History is my passion and it is my goal as an educator to hopefully pass that forward. I enjoy bass fishing, boat riding, and playing my guitar on my own time.
